Local Favorite
magic island lagoon beach Bonzai Pipeline is home to one of the worlds most sought after waves. During the winter you’ll see the likes of Kelly Slater, John John Florence, and some of the worlds most famous surfers shredding and getting barreled at pipe. This wave is ferocious and majestic at the same time. Not a wave for beginners. On rare occasions pipeline has taken lives by slamming surfers into the reef, knocking them unconscious, and then the current sucks them into the underwater reef caves to drown. Respect pipe and enjoy from a distance during big swells.
