Transportation & Location
- Our shop is across from Kailua Beach Park.
- Kayaks are set up on carts & can be walked across the street to the beach. For cars, free straps & pads are provided.
- Visit our Kailua Bay Learning Center for wealth of resources about Kailua Bay’s eco system & how to interact around wildlife.
- We provide free parking, showers, paid locker rentals, dressing rooms & up to date weather information. Our shop carries reef-safe sunscreen, waterproof phone cases, water shoes & straps for sunglasses.

Required Information

Restrictions
- All ages are welcome as long as they can swim and weigh at least 30lbs.
- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- All Participants must be able to swim.
- Minimum age 8 years.
- Ages 8-16 must ride in a double kayak with a parent or guardian (one child per adult).
- Kayaking is a physical activity that does require a moderate level of fitness.
- Life vests (PFD’s) must be worn at all times for all participants on the water.
- For participants who are > 250lbs (113KG), a double kayak is recommended.
- Kayaks must also be transported via cart to the beach (~5-10 min walk).

Cancellation Policy
- There is a $10 cancellation fee per piece of equipment if the rental is cancelled day of.
- There is no charge for day-before (before 12:00 am) cancellation.
- * Reservations of 7 pieces of equipment or more are subject to a 50% cancellation fee if made after 12PM the day before the activity.
